• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Seller Terms

As a seller, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to sell the prompts you list
• Your prompts do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your prompts do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• You will accurately describe your prompts and their capabilities
• You grant VerifiedPrompts a license to display and market your prompts on the platform
• Payouts are processed according to Stripe's payment schedule

5. Buyer Terms

As a buyer, you agree that:

• Purchased prompts are for personal or business use only
• You will not resell, redistribute, or share purchased prompts
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy prompts
• You understand that prompts are digital goods and results may vary

You may not submit or sell prompts that:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain malware or malicious code
• Promote violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Generate adult or explicit content without proper labeling
• Attempt to bypass AI safety measures
• Are misleading about their functionality

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their original prompts. By listing a prompt, sellers grant VerifiedPrompts a non-exclusive license to display, market, and distribute the prompt through the platform.

Buyers receive a license to use purchased prompts according to these Terms but do not acquire ownership or resale rights.

9. Verification Process

VerifiedPrompts uses AI to verify prompt quality. Verification scores indicate:

• Quality: How well the prompt produces desired outputs
• Consistency: How reliably the prompt performs
• Verification Score: Overall prompt effectiveness

Verification is provided as guidance only and does not guarantee specific results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for the quality or effectiveness of individual prompts

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VerifiedPrompts harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Pending seller payouts may be withheld pending investigation
• You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

15. Dispute Resolution

16. Severability
